This Handstand Workshop provides the tools, drills, and exercises to develop the strength, endurance, and balance needed for advanced skills such as HSPUs (Handstand Push-Ups) and HSWs (Handstand Walks).
Designed for gaining more confidence and body awareness by strengthening foundations as an experienced athlete, this workshop will enhance performance, improve efficiency, and increase longevity in both training and competition. I teach proper joint mechanics to focus directly on preventing the common wrist and shoulder pain that experienced athletes often struggle with.
Prerequisites:
* Ability to hold a 30-second kick-up against the wall.
* Ability to perform sets of strict gymnastic push-ups.
