Focused on building functional strength and mastering bodyweight movements, these classes will help you gain control over your own body, improve mobility, and increase overall fitness. What I offer: Progressive Bodyweight Training: From basic exercises to advanced moves, I’ll guide you through progressive exercises tailored to your current level. Strength & Mobility Development: Improve both strength and flexibility with exercises that engage multiple muscle groups. Technique & Form Coaching: Emphasis on proper form to maximise results and prevent injury. Personalised Support & Motivation: One-on-one coaching to help you push through plateaus and achieve your calisthenics goals. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, my calisthenics coaching will challenge your body in new ways while helping you develop functional strength. Cancellation Policy Minimum Attendance Requirement: Calisthencis classes will only proceed if there are at least four participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be canceled, and all booked participants will be notified as soon as possible. Class Cancellation: In the event that your class is canceled due to low attendance, you will have the option to: Reschedule to another available class. Receive a full refund. Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
