Build the upper-body power needed to get upside down. This Handstand Workshop focuses heavily on building muscular endurance, core stability, and pressing power through targeted strength exercises and drills.
Rather than rushing to kick up against the wall, I will guide you from a beginner level through clear, step-by-step progressions to refine your mechanics. You will learn the exact skills needed to get stronger—including gymnastic push-ups, pike handstand push-ups, and overhead conditioning. My coaching places a heavy emphasis on proper wrist and shoulder joint mechanics to ensure you build structural strength safely and avoid injury.
Prerequisites:
* No previous handstand experience required.
* Ability to hold a standard plank on your hands for 30 seconds.
