Experience the thrill and challenge of aerial fitness with my specialised Aerial Classes. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, I’ll guide you through each movement to help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence while mastering the art of aerial work. What I offer: Beginner to Advanced Progression: Classes designed to suit all levels, with tailored progressions to help you build your skills at your own pace. Personalised Coaching: Hands-on guidance to ensure proper technique and form while you learn new tricks and transitions. Strength & Flexibility Training: Focus on developing the physical strength and flexibility needed for aerial movements. Fun & Supportive Environment: A positive and motivating space where you can challenge yourself while having fun. Whether you’re looking to build strength, try something new, or explore the world of aerial fitness, my classes provide the perfect opportunity to achieve your goals. Cancellation Policy Minimum Attendance Requirement: Aerial classes will only proceed if there are at least three participants. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the class will be canceled, and all booked participants will be notified as soon as possible. Class Cancellation: In the event that your class is canceled due to low attendance, you will have the option to: Reschedule to another available class. Receive a full refund. Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
